30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. We accept returns of faulty items and change-of-mind returns, including sale items. For change-of-mind returns, items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags where supplied. You may try an item on as you would in a shop. Please keep the original packaging where possible.

How to return an item

Email terrymadhatter@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the postal return address. Please send the items back within 14 days of notifying us and retain proof of postage.

Return postage and fees

You arrange and pay for return postage for change-of-mind or size-related returns. There is no restocking fee. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange or reimburse reasonable return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Email us before returning the item. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, where applicable. We will notify you when your refund is processed. Your bank may take additional time to display it. We refund standard outbound delivery charges where required; UK standard delivery is currently free. We do not charge a restocking fee. A deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item.

UK cancellation rights

For most online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Our 30-day return window is additional to these rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
